Ingredients
 | 2 tomatoes |
 | 2 cucumbers |
 | 2 tablespoons lemon juice |
 | 2 tablespoons lime juice |
 | 1 clove garlic, minced |
 | 1/2 teaspoon salt |
 | 1/4 cup olive oil |
 | 1/3 cup chopped cilantro |
 | 1/4 teaspoon pepper |
 | 12 ounces radishes |
 | 6 green onions |
 | Serves 6 |
Step 1
Seed and chop tomatoes. Peel, seed and chop cucumbers. Step 2Combine lemon juice, lime juice, garlic and salt in a large bowl. Add olive oil. Beat with a fork or wire whisk until dressing is well blended. Add cilantro and pepper. Step 3Cop radishes. Cut green onions into thin slices.
