Pre - Prepared Items for even Faster Serving Times
Combine the brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon and
nutmeg and store in a plastic bag for a ready-to-use crunchy topping. |
Money Savers
Look for apple bargains at roadside stands in the
fall. Store them in the refrigerator for at least a week. They will stay
harvest-fresh and retain most of their valuable vitamin C content. |
Serving Variation
For an even crunchier taste, replace the rolled oats with
granola and add chopped almonds. |
