Step 1
Preheat oven to 425'F. Place bread crumbs in a shallow
dish. Add garlic powder and dill; mix well. Blend mayonnaise and water in
second shallow dish.
Step 2
Pat fillets completely dry with paper towels. Spray a
baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 3
Dip fillets in the mayonnaise mixture, coating completely,
then roll in bread crumbs. Place on a prepared baking sheet; do not allow
fillets to touch.
Step 4
Bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a
fork.
